1. Limitation of Liability / Assumption of Risk
By creating an account, purchasing classes, or participating in any activities at Sona Pilates Studio, you acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and any minors in your care that participation in Pilates Reformer classes involves inherent risks, including injury, strain, or other physical reactions.
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate. I understand that all postures and instructions are guided by the instructor, and any deviation from these instructions is undertaken at my own risk. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur while participating in Sona Pilates Studio classes or activities.
I release and hold harmless Sona Pilates Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation, including injury or property loss.

2. Studio Policies – Attendance & Cancellations
Arrival: Clients must arrive 10–minutes before class. For safety, there is a 3-minute tolerance after class starts. Arriving after this window will result in forfeiture of your class credit.
Instructor & Class Guidance: All classes are instructed by certified instructors. Following instructor guidance is strongly recommended; any deviations are at the participant’s own risk.
Equipment: Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene during all classes. If you don't have grip socks, these will be available at the studio for $12/pair.
Cancellations: To retain your class credit, notify the studio at least 12 hours before the class. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit.

3. Membership Policies
Memberships auto-renew every 30 days.
Unused classes may roll over to the following month only if the membership remains active.
Membership freezes or pauses are considered at management’s discretion. Please contact hello@sonapilatesstudio.com for requests.
Twenty (20) days' notice of cancellation for any membership plan.
Unlimited Membership: Membership type subject to a $13 late cancellation or no-show fee per class. 

4. Class Packages, Gift Cards & Retail Items
All classes, packages, memberships, workshops, gift cards, and retail items (e.g., grip socks) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Retail items sold at the studio cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Personal Responsibility & Studio Conduct
Participation is voluntary: You are fully responsible for your own safety and well-being while attending classes, workshops, or using studio facilities.
Follow instructor guidance: All exercises are instructed and demonstrated by certified instructors. Deviating from instructions is done at your own risk.
The studio doors lock 3 minutes after class starts; late entry is not permitted.
Respectful behavior: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal belongings: Keep your personal items with you or in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Health & safety: Notify the instructor immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Refrain from activities that may endanger yourself or others.
