All class bookings are done online through our Website or the Mindbody app., you can also find us on ClassPass. To reserve your spot, you’ll need an active class "Package" or "Membership", which gives you a set number of classes. Once you’re set up, just pick your class, book your spot, and you’re ready to move. (You can always check all your account information by clicking "Sign In" to access to your account)
We’re open every day of the week, except on statutory holidays when the studio is closed.
For safety reasons, our doors lock 3 minutes after class begins. During this time, the instructor will check in on any conditions or injuries, review the fundamentals, and guide you into the first exercises to ensure a safe and effective workout experience. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and your class credit will be forfeited. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and make the most of your class.
You can cancel up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class credit (or a $13 fee for unlimited memberships).
Yes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. The non-slip grips help you stay secure on the reformer and prevent slipping during exercises. Forgot yours? We’ve got pairs available at the studio for $12.
