A is for sculpted Arms, B is for lifted Booty, and C is for a rock-solid Core!

 

This triple-threat class gives you 15-minute bursts for each zone. All levels welcome. Quick, dynamic, and super effective!

Jumpboard

Get your heart pumping with this energetic, low-impact cardio class designed to bring the fun to your Reformer practice. Expect quick sprints, smooth transitions, and a serious endorphin boost.

​

Playful, and dynamic and an extra cardio burn. Includes a 20–25 minute cardio jump-in.

Reformer Flow I & II

Our signature flow class blends classic Pilates with a modern twist. Expect strength, balance, and mindful movement designed to meet you where you are.

​

  • Flow I (Basic): A perfect introduction to the Reformer. Focus on gentle spinal mobility, seated exercises, and balanced body work. Light ball props welcome. (No standing or kneeling work, no single-leg footwork, avoid heavy weights.)

  • Flow II (Intermediate): Take it deeper with controlled standing and kneeling work, core extensions, and more dynamic footwork. Use the ball prop with intention and keep weights light. (Be cautious with heavy loads or advanced extensions if unsure.)

Sculpt & Burn

A full-body burn like no other. Sculpt, tone, and sweat with an athletic flow, resistance props, and a Pilates-inspired strength workout.

​

Bring in the heat with hand weights, booty bands, the magic circle, and the ball to amplify resistance and results.
